How long is an appointment?

Your first consultation will last up to an hour, and subsequent follow up consultations are up to 45 minutes.  In addition, we can offer 20 minute mini consultations to our existing patients.

How do I book an appointment?

Please email reception@sarahbowlesflannery.co.uk or telephone us on 020 8940 2044 and we can book you in.

What is your payment policy?

An in-person consultation is payable at the time of your appointment.  An initial Zoom consultation requires payment at the time of booking, and follow up Zoom consultations are payable within 7 days.

We accept debit and credit cards (except American Express) or you can pay by bank transfer, cash or cheque.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise the consultation fee will be due.  You can cancel either by emailing reception@sarahbowlesflannery.co.uk or  by telephone on 020 8940 2044 and leaving a message.

Everything Else

  • It would be useful if you could make a note of any current supplements or prescription medication you are taking.  Also if you have had any recent blood tests it is helpful if you could bring these.  When you arrive for your initial consultation you will be asked to fill out a contact information form.

  • Richmond - we are located in a Georgian building with steps up to the front door.  The Clinic is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs.  There is room in the entrance hall to leave a bicycle or buggy if needed.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring a family member or friend, however they must stay in the consulting room with you during your appointment as we do not have a separate waiting area.
